Additional Fees
Bank transfer fees and credit card processing fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Deadline
Payment must be completed within 7 days of application.
Please note that if payment for a session, seminar, course, or event is not confirmed at least 24 hours before the start time, it may be treated as a cancellation.
Service Delivery Timing
Services will be provided on the scheduled date of the course, session, or seminar, or on another date separately announced.
Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
Sessions and Seminars:
If you contact us by email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a full refund of the payment will be issued.
Please note that any bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.
Courses and Ongoing Programs:
Before the start of the course or program, a full refund will be issued if you contact us by email within 7 days of payment.
Refund-related bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Once the course or ongoing program has started, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons.
